These scholarships are being awarded from the Clinton County Community Foundation. The Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship committee and the grantmaking committee of the Foundation recommended to the Board of Directors that the finalists for the Clinton County Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship be awarded scholarships in recognition of their academic achievement, community and school involvement, potential for success and participation in the interview process.
